For HVAC & home service companies

I find what's quietly costing you calls.

I'm Cooper. I go through HVAC websites line by line, find the small things that send homeowners to the next company, and fix them. Your first fix is free.

(01) — Found this fall

Things I've found on real HVAC websites. Live.

Names left out. Every one of these was on a real company's site when I found it, and every one was costing them calls.

Their Google search title

"Your SEO optimized title"

The first thing a homeowner saw on Google was leftover template text.

The footer

"© 2017 Company Name"

Years out of date, and still not even their name. It makes people wonder if anyone's home.

Homepage banner, in late October

"IT'S SUMMERTIME! IS YOUR A/C SYSTEM READY?"

The site looked abandoned right when everyone's furnace was kicking on.

The specials page

Two offers. Both stamped "EXPIRED."

The one page built to give people a reason to call gave them none.

Every testimonial photo

Labeled "John Doe's Image"

Real reviews from real customers, made to look fake.

The email link in the footer

Went to a different company's inbox.

A homeowner emails about a broken furnace, never hears back, and calls the next company.

None of these take long to fix. They just take someone who actually reads the whole site. Check mine

(02) — What I do

Everything between a broken AC and a booked call.

Your marketing has three jobs. Most HVAC companies only work on the first one. I handle all three.

01

Get the call

When someone searches "AC repair near me," you're the one they pick.

  • Website fixes & rewrites
  • New websites & service pages
  • Google Ads & Local Services Ads
  • Facebook & Instagram ads
  • Google Business Profile
02

Fill the slow season

Turn April and October into weeks your techs are actually booked.

  • Tune-up & seasonal specials
  • Postcards & door hangers
  • Email & text campaigns
  • Landing pages for offers
03

Keep them for life

Turn one repair into a customer who never calls anyone else.

  • Maintenance plan sign-ups
  • After-the-job follow-up
  • More (and better) Google reviews
  • "It's been a while" win-backs

(03) — Before & after

Same company. Same trucks. Different words.

Here's the top of a typical HVAC homepage, and how I'd rewrite it. Your free fix goes through your own site the same way.

  1. 1"Welcome to…" is the most wasted headline on the internet. Nobody came to be welcomed. They came because their house is hot.
  2. 2Every competitor says this word for word, so it gives a homeowner zero reasons to pick you.
  3. 3"Learn More" is the wrong ask. Someone without AC doesn't want to learn. They want a tech. And the phone number is tiny and at the bottom.

  1. 1Meets them in the moment they're actually in: hot house, right now. It promises the one thing they want.
  2. 2Answers the two fears every homeowner has before calling: "When will they get here?" and "How much is this going to cost me?"
  3. 3Two clear ways to act, and the phone number is the button. It's at the top of the page too, so nobody has to hunt for it.

(05) — Who you'll work with

Hi, I'm Cooper.

I'm the guy who clicks every link on your website. Most people never do. That's how I find the stuff that quietly sends homeowners to the next company: the email link that goes nowhere, the special that expired last spring, the "Company Name" still sitting in the footer.

I run Hardline Media out of Olathe, Kansas, and I only work with HVAC and home service companies, all over the country. I already know how homeowners pick who to call, so you won't be paying me to learn your business.

When you work with Hardline, you work with me. I do the work myself, I answer my own phone, and I'd rather help you first and earn the job than pitch you.

And if your site is already in good shape, I'll tell you that too. Straight up.

(06) — Questions

Questions you're probably asking.

Why would you do the first fix for free?

Because it's the fastest way to show you I know what I'm doing. If you like it, maybe we work together. If not, you still walk away with a better website. Either way works for me.

What exactly do you send me?

A screenshot of your site with the problems circled and a short note on each one: what's wrong, and what it costs you. Then the fixes, written out and ready to paste. No 40-page report, no jargon.

How much does it cost after that?

It depends on what your business actually needs, so I quote every project after your free fix. You'll know the exact price before any work starts. No surprise invoices.

Want a ballpark first? Call or text me at (913) 706-4828, or email cooper.hardlinemedia@gmail.com.

I've never hired anyone for marketing. What do you need from me?

About 30 minutes on the phone. I'll ask about your customers, your best jobs and what makes you different from the other guys. Then I do the work. You review it, tell me what to change, and I fix it until you're happy with it. Most projects are done in one to two weeks.

Do you only work with HVAC companies?

HVAC is my focus, but I also work with plumbers, electricians, roofers and other local businesses. If your customers live in your town, I can probably help. I work with companies anywhere in the U.S.
